ena Film GmbH, founded in 1994 by Vesna Jovanoska, is an established production company behind acclaimed titles such as Der Eisbär, Secret Society, Dangerous Dowry, El Corazón de Jesús and Dust, openening film for the Venice Film Festival. 

ena Film has worked with major partners, including Warner Bros., Constantin Films, Highlight Films, 20 Century Fox, CLTUFA and many others. Jovanoska’s films have not only attracted the top echelon of German actors, but have also starred award-winning interantional stars like Joseph Fiennes, Vera Farmiga, Adrian Lester, David Wenham, Anne Brochet as well as oscar-nominated directors. Active as a Producer and director, Vesna Jovanoska has worked in the film industry for approximately 30 years.

 Evolving with the ever changing Film-industry, ena Films current mission is to produce disruptive, character-driven, feature films and documentaries where one thing matters most: The story.

Working with emerging talent, for example barrier-breaking director Alex Jovanoski, ena won "Best Feature Film" and "Audience Favorite" for his debut film "Hey" at the Moondance film festival, CO, USA.  "Hey!" was distributed into more then 20 countries and aquired by HBO Europe.

More festival recognize followed for projects like  "Robert and the Imp"  at  Hollywood Shortfest in the "Official Selection" and as a "Semi-Finalist" at the New York Indie Short Awards. It also won "Best short drama" at Cult Movies int.
